The Sebastián Cruz-Alejandro Flórez Duo was formed in 2009 by these two versatile guitarists who met in NYC. Both musicians bring a mixed background of jazz, Colombian and Latin American music, rock and funk, classical performance and improvised music. The resulting sound is one of relentless search for common ground between these traditions through the timbres of the acoustic and electric guitars.
