To introduce the student to a different approach on<br />
Guitar and music education based on the principle of<br />

Guitar Work will be presented as basic exercises and<br />

The main focus is how we play not what we play.</p>

This courses are open to any level of student from the<br />
one with no previous experience to all different<br />
levels.</p>
<p> The total beginner student will be introduced to<br />
different techniques and exercises to understand the<br />
fundamentals of playing guitar from zero to a basic<br />
understanding of the instrument.<br />
For the student of any other level this course will be<br />
an introduction and unique revision of it&mdash;s current<br />
playing and relationship with music and guitar. </p>
<p>
Classical Guitar,  Rock ,  Jazz,  Popular and<br />
Contemporary Guitar Techniques.<br />
Flatpicking &amp; Fingerstyles.</p>
<p>
The class consist of 60 minutes for 35$ dollars<br />
session or special packages also available.</p>

<p>
 Daniel Reyes Llinas began his Musical career at age of<br />
10 teaching himself how to play the guitar. Having<br />
different bands among the most important was &mdash;Bhang&mdash;<br />
opening at the National artists Hall in Bogota in<br />
1996. Later takes his formal musical training with<br />
guitarist Carlos Castilla ; In 1999 he studied in<br />
Andes University in Bogota, Colombia with Carlos Rocca<br />
Lynn, and Jaime Arias Obregon. Member of the Andes<br />
guitar quartet and several ensembles attended<br />
Masterclasses and workshops with Cuba&mdash;s outstanding<br />
Composer Leo Brouwer also with distinguished Spaniard<br />
Quarter &mdash;EntreQuatre&mdash;.</p>
<p>
As soloist has taken private, master classes and<br />
workshops with Leo Brouwer, (Cuba),  Eduardo<br />
Fernandez, (Uruguay),  Ricardo Cobo, (Colombia),<br />
Jorge Caballero, (USA-Peru), Francisco Navarro,<br />
Fernando Kabusacki (Argentina) ,  Manuel Barrueco,<br />
Ricardo Iznaola (USA-Cuba), Tony Geballe,  Curt<br />
Golden,  Scott Tennant,  Al Koonze ( USA),  Ahmet<br />
Kannecci ( Turkey), among others.</p>
<p>
In 2001 He was selected among the &mdash;Youngest Performer<br />
Series&mdash; at Luis Angel Arango Music Hall in Bogot&aacute;.</p>
<p>
In 2002 he traveled to the United States to broad his<br />
musical experiences. He attended the introductory<br />
Guitar Craft seminar 2004 in Seattle, WA, with Tony<br />
Geballe, Curt Golden, (U.S) and the League of Crafty<br />
Guitarist. Since then He has continue Taking private<br />
lessons with Tony Geballe. In march 2005 He attended<br />
Guitar Craft&mdash;s &mdash; level One&mdash; 2005 in Lebanon, NJ,<br />
directed by the distinguished The British Composer,<br />
Guitarist and author Robert Fripp.</p>

Joe&mdash;s Pub Public Theater and The National Arts Club in<br />
New York. P.S 122 ,  Latin American Workshop,  just to<br />
name a few.</p>
<p>
In 2006 was invited to participate in Taylor Mac&mdash;s<br />
&mdash;Red Tide Blooming&mdash; Musical presented in P. S 122,<br />
two weeks of sold out and acclaimed shows with<br />
recorded music CD of the show, soon to be released.</p>
<p>
Singer Loraine Rodriguez whom got commissioned to give<br />
premiere to the works by the prestigious composer<br />
Diego Luzuriaga, has invited Daniel to record these<br />
pieces in her upcoming CD.</p>
<p>
Currently producing and recording &mdash;Trinidad Guitar<br />
Duo&mdash; first album&mdash;s  with Nicolas Carrizosa,  Colombian<br />
traditional and non-traditional music.</p>

<p>In the past we&#8217;ve had workshops in theater, puppet making and painting. Currently we are offering classes in percussion, filmmaking, literature, and poetry among others.</p>
<p>Our instructors are professional artists working in the field. They bring with them a working knowledge, a love for their craft, and an eagerness to share their skills in the apprenticeship tradition.</p>
